Short Version
Aeterris uses submitted information to respond to requests, prepare audits or next steps, deliver email follow-up, improve our pages and measurement, and maintain suppression or unsubscribe records. We do not sell personal information.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the form or interaction, we may collect information such as:
- contact information, such as an email address and, only if a form requires or prefills it, a name;
- business context, such as a website, LinkedIn profile or page URL, what you sell, who you want to reach, selected problem category, and optional notes;
- request and delivery activity, such as audit request status, email delivery state, audit link views, discovery requests, offer/resource clicks, unsubscribe, suppression, and duplicate-handling signals;
- technical and attribution information, such as page path, consent state, campaign labels, ad or creative labels, broad source channel, browser metadata, timestamps, and security or abuse-prevention signals;
- information supplied through Meta lead forms when you submit a Meta Instant Form connected to Aeterris.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- review and respond to audit, contact, discovery, or resource requests;
- prepare and deliver the Free LinkedIn Prospecting Audit or related next steps;
- send relevant follow-up about the request you submitted, including audit delivery, clarification, discovery, or service-fit messages;
- maintain unsubscribe and suppression records so future delivery can be blocked when requested;
- measure page, form, email, and campaign performance in aggregate;
- protect the service from spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, and unauthorized access;
- improve Aeterris offers, content, pages, and business experiments.
Consent And Measurement
Some Aeterris pages may ask for marketing or measurement consent. Necessary-only activity is used to provide the requested service and protect the system. Marketing measurement tools, when enabled, should only run according to the consent choices and project rules in place for that page.
Ad platforms may receive limited, consent-gated conversion signals when approved for a specific funnel. Internal backend reports are designed to use aggregate-safe counts and labels rather than raw private form answers.
Email Follow-Up And Unsubscribe
If you request an audit, resource, or follow-up, Aeterris may email you about that request. Emails may include audit delivery, next steps, discovery links, resource links, or relevant service information. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in an Aeterris email, or by contacting us with an unsubscribe request.
Service Providers And Platforms
Aeterris may use trusted providers to operate websites, forms, email delivery, analytics, ad measurement, storage, security, automation, and backend infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf so we can run the requested service and measure results.
When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta also processes your information according to Meta's own terms and privacy policies. Aeterris receives the lead information you choose to submit through that form.
Retention, Deletion, And Access
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, audit workflow, reporting, compliance, security, abuse prevention, unsubscribe/suppression handling, and business records. We may retain aggregate reports that no longer identify an individual.
You may ask Aeterris to access, correct, or delete information connected to your request. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, suppression, legal, or operational reasons.
Sharing And Sale
Aeterris does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the site, email, forms, measurement, storage, or security. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the type of information we process, including private storage and access controls for sensitive form data where appropriate. No internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
