This Privacy Policy explains how Aeterris ("Aeterris", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use aeterris.com, our free resources, and our services.

• Malaysia checklist request data, including consent state, unsubscribe/suppression status, email delivery status, checklist link clicks, download events, share events, and referral source information.
• Campaign attribution data, such as UTM parameters, page URL, referrer, campaign labels, and share/referral identifiers.
• Advertising click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, gbraid, or wbraid only when the site is configured to collect them and marketing consent applies.
• Technical data such as browser type, device information, IP-derived security signals, timestamps, and logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
• Service data for paid or trial Aeterris services, such as account setup details, usage data, support requests, and billing-related records.

For the Malaysia checklist flow, raw email addresses are not placed in public URLs, checklist links, share links, or Meta event payloads. Link tokens and download access links are treated as private access links and should not be shared publicly.
