Welcome to Aeterris! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our VoiceAgent platform, services, and website ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or due to unforeseen issues. We provide built-in AI support and human assistance when needed. Response times may vary based on the issue's complexity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
Upon termination of your account, Aeterris will schedule associated data for deletion within thirty (30) days, unless retention is required for legal, operational, or billing purposes. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain prior to account termination. After the deletion period, data will be irretrievably removed from our systems.
We may update or modify the Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aeterris disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access to the Service.
Under no circumstances shall Aeterris, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aeterris in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Denmark.
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as technical failures or billing errors. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@aeterris.com.
While Aeterris aims to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through our VoiceAgent platform, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of using our Service. Specific results, including but not limited to increased bookings, conversions, or revenue, may vary depending on a range of factors outside our control, such as customer behavior, market conditions, and how the Service is implemented and used.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeterris, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
Aeterris shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, power outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or actions of governmental authorities. In such cases, performance will be suspended for the duration of the event.
