ShipReach Free Shipping Bar is designed as a narrow storefront display app. It does not collect or store:
The storefront free-shipping bar reads Shopify cart JSON in the shopper's browser to display progress toward the merchant's configured free-shipping threshold. This information is used only to render the cart progress message and bar state in the storefront.
ShipReach Free Shipping Bar does not store shopper cart contents on Aeterris servers.
Merchant settings, such as the threshold amount, messages, colors, alignment, height, border radius, and percentage display, are stored through Shopify theme app extension settings.
The embedded Shopify Admin app may store basic app installation and session information needed to operate the app. This data is used only to authenticate the merchant session, keep the embedded app available in Shopify Admin, and maintain the app.
ShipReach Free Shipping Bar displays progress toward a free-shipping goal. Merchants configure the actual free-shipping rate separately in Shopify shipping settings so checkout behavior matches the storefront message.
We do not sell data. We may use trusted infrastructure providers, such as hosting and database services, only as needed to operate and maintain the app.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app operation and merchant session data, including secure hosting, access controls, and encrypted connections where applicable.
